I’m GiGi — cake artist, sugar artist and educator. You may know my work as Fleur De Treats & Sweets. After more than a decade of creating under that name, the story is evolving into something that feels even more like me: The Sugar GiGi.

What began as a self-taught passion has grown into a career creating cakes and sugar art rooted in creativity, structure and the details that make each piece unmistakably its own. Before stepping into sugar art full time, I spent more than 30 years in nursing — a career that sharpened the precision, patience and problem-solving I now bring to every creation.

My work has been seen on Food Network, Magnolia Network and Flavour Network, featured in People and Variety, created for film and television, and selected for New York Fashion Week VIP gift lounges for two consecutive seasons.

Today, The Sugar GiGi brings together everything I love — creating, teaching and giving other cake artists the tools to create something amazing of their own.
